METHOD

Put chilled puree in the bottom of a mixing glass/ Hold a bar spoon in one hand and slowly pour the wine with the other hand down the inside of the glass to prevent from foaming. Use spoon to slowly pull puree up the side of the glass, mixing gently. Strain into flute and float the optional peach liqueur on top.
